San Francisco is recognized worldwide from appearances in movies to all the tourists that come every year. I am lucky enough to live near it, but to many it is a site to see. From The Golden Gate Bridge, to the Fisherman’s Wharf and Napa Valley Wine Shuttle. Clearly there’s a lot to get through and no shortage of fun activities. In this post I will give you my ultimate guide to all the best attractions and spots in my favorite city. You can also celebrate pride month here as we accept every community.
Golden Gate Bridge
The famous bridge opened in 1937, and believed to be the biggest bridge created at the time. This bridge is one of the most photographed bridges in the entire world. Between the iconic red color, it is one of the wonders of the world, including the Eiffel Tower. Millions of people travel across this steel bridge every year, and drive on one of its six lines. Not to mention the gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean on the side of it. Instead of using your cell phone spy, take some pictures of the bridge instead.
In San Francisco, the Fisherman’s Wharf has amazing food and activities on a waterfront area. You can buy fresh crabs from the ocean or go to high end restaurants. Besides food, which I love, you can go for long walks or pay to go on a boat in the Pacific Ocean. This is a very colorful and lively area in our lovely town. Perfect to spend the day with your family, children and adults to have things to do. I love to go boating here.
Napa Wine Shuttle
Another reason people visit California is to go to a wine tour. My favorite one is the Napa Wine Shuttle because it always has some type of deal for tourists. The sites of wine tasting are very exclusive and fancy. You will feel like you are in Italy or another European destination. Taking the shuttle allows you to drink as much as you please and not worry about having to drive home. The shuttle was very comfortable to ride in as well, it is far nicer than sitting in a school bus.
